Carbon Labelling is a hot topic in today’s Climate Change discussions, with major supermarket chains, food and drink manufacturers, government bodies and NGOs all weighing in.

Two recent London conferences, the Carbon Footprint Supply Chain Summit and the Corporate Climate Response Conference, provided us with the perfect opportunity to talk to some of the key players and influencers in the Carbon Labelling debate.
